What We Do

Areas of specialty are:

  • Sport Nutrition (recreational athletes, competitive high performance athletes)
  • Weight Loss, Weight Gain, Eating Disorders / Disordered Eating
  • Diabetes, Vegetarianism, Osteoporosis, Hypoglycemia
  • Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Crohn’s Disease
  • Other Gastrointestinal Disorders—e.g. reflux, ulcers, colitis, etc.
  • Elevated Lipids (cholesterol, triglycerides, etc.)
  • Food Allergies and Intolerances
  • Lifecycle Concerns: Pregnancy, Menopause, Children, Seniors
  • Nutrition “Check-up” (i.e. overall assessment of eating habits when no specific health concerns)

Making an Appointment

  • To make an appointment, please call 403-220-8232.
  • A notice of cancellation or re-scheduling of an appointment is required 24 hours prior to your appointment.  If no notice is received, a cancellation fee may be applied.

Fee Schedule

    • Assessment $120
    • Follow Up      $60

    Your First Appointment

    • No referral is required to see the dietitian.
    • Appointments are available on Wednesdays and Fridays.
    • Nutrition is NOT covered by Alberta Health Care or Alberta Blue Cross.

    • You may be asked to provide further information, such as claim # and representative for MVA and WCB.

    Meet Our Team

    Kelly Anne Erdman, MSc, RD, CSSD (Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics)

    With over 25 years of sport nutrition experience,  Kelly Anne works with several Canadian national teams including Hockey Canada, long and short track speed skating, luge, cross country skiing and biathlon. Kelly Anne Erdman, MSc, RD, CSSD, is a Performance Dietitian specializing in sports nutrition (recreational and competitive athletes), injury-related nutrition support, weight control, cardiovascular disease, vegetarianism, food allergies, IBS, diabetes and other health concerns. She has been with the Sport Medicine Centre since 1990. Kelly Anne is a 1992 Cycling Olympian and former Canadian national champion (winning 13 national titles).
