Canadian Pro Rodeo Sports Medicine Team (CPRSMT)

• Members of the CPRSMT provide on-site health care at rodeo and bull riding settings.  They also coordinate clinical care for injured participants with physicians, surgeons, and other health care workers.  Many members are directly  involved in rodeo and bull riding research projects, including the RCIR.

CPRSMT Mission Statement
To provide care to the greatest number of rodeo contestants, at the maximum number of professional rodeos, by the best multi-disciplinary care givers available, via a self sustaining funding mechanism and to assist in the promotion of our western heritage.

Current Supporters

• Funding for the Rodeo Catastrophic Injury Registry was originally provided by the Friends of Pro Rodeo.
