Report a New Injury

If you would like to report an injury, you must have confidential identification information that we will assign to you.  To obtain your personal confidential information,   please follow these steps:

1. Email us at rodeo.registry@ucalgary.ca with your corresponding email address.

Once we have received your email, you will be emailed a unique “Username” and “Password” along with instructions. 

2. You may enter the RCIR here: Click Here
3. To login, type in your “Username” and “Password”
4. You will be asked to complete the following.

• INJURY REPORT
• INJURY DESCRIPTION
• PROTECTIVE GEAR WORN
• INJURY LOCATION & TYPE
• INJURY OUTCOME

5. Please make sure you complete all forms listed.
